In 1994, Zonda Group was formally established in Yancheng, Jiangsu.

In 2000, Zonwei Bus Co., Ltd was formally founded, which got capital increase and share expansion by the Zonda Industry Group, and Zonda Group launched the bus manufacture business.

In 2001, Zonda International was listed in Honkang H-share market.

In Oct. 2002, Beijing Zonda Yanjing Bus Co., Ltd was formally founded.

In Dec. 2002, Shanghai Zonda Guanghui Bus Co., Ltd was formally founded.

On June 18th 2003, the opening ceremony of Zonda Zonwei deluxe bus manufacture base is held, which has 10,000 unite production capacity.

In July 2003, Zonwei bus was fist selected as the exclusive bus by the air force.

On Oct. 12th, the Science Fund of Zonda Group and Tsinghua University for Post Doctorate was issued in Beijing.

In Jan. 2004, the group formally founded Zonda International Trade Co. on the base of the original international business department.

On May 18th,the group grandly held the operation ceremony of Zonda Bus New Factory.

In Aug.2004, Zonda group integrated Nanjing Jinling Double Deck Bus Factory.

In Nov. 2004, Zonda Group controlled Bus Manufacture Co. Ltd of Sichuan Province.
