Many companies decided to delay their IPO plans after September 11th. But Zonda International braved the fierce market situation and decided to get listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange today. Zonda International issued 100 million shares at IPO price of HKD0.50. The prospectus was well acclaimed in Hong Kong market and over-subscribed by 9.3 times. Today's transacton was 52.7 million shares with closing price at HKD0.6734% premium over issuing priceranked 2nd in the top 10 market players in the market. This morning Zonda made a contribution of HKD 1 million to Hong Kongs Charity Foundation.
